La Casa del Patio:

Antigua Casa de Huerta restaurada y con todas las comodidades actuales; situado en la finca La Sierpita de 12.000 m2. Con patios acogedores, jardín grande y sombreado con piscina. Huerto con naranjos, pozo, árboles frutales y variedad de fauna silvestre. Muy tranquilo, bonito y acogedor. Situado junto a campo de golf, a 4,5 Km. de la monumental ciudad de Arcos de la Frontera.

La casa consta de 2 habitaciones dobles, 1 baño, cocina-comedor, salón, patio con acceso a gran jardín con piscina. Totalmente equipada, con calefacción y bonita estufa de leña.

Ancient "Casa de Huerta" and with all the current comforts; placed in the estate La Sierpita of 12.000 m2. With cosy courtyards, big garden and shading with swimming pool. Vegetable garden with orange trees, well, fruit trees and variety of wild fauna. Very calm, beautiful and cosy. Placed beside field of golf and at 4,5 Km. of the monumental city of Arcos de la Frontera.

The house consists of 2 double rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen-canteen, hall, courtyard with access to big garden with swimming pool. The home is totally equipped, with heating and beautiful stove of wood.

 

En el huerto, con pozo tradicional de la zona, hay unos 200 naranjos, que de noviembre a marzo producen unas naranjas de gran calidad totalmente ecológicas, que puede usted recoger por la mañana y llevar directamente a su mesa, con todas sus propiedades organolépticas y gastronómicas.

In the vegetable garden, with traditional well of the zone, there are some 200 orange trees, which of November in March produce some oranges of great quality totally ecological, that you can pick up in the morning and that it can bring directly on his table freely, with all their gastronomic properties.

 

El jardín de unos 800 m2 con prado, sombreado por unas grandes acacias africanas que dan un gran frescor a la zona. La piscina de 12 m x 6 m con agua de mina, fresca y cristalina. Zona de pérgola con toldo y muebles de jardín. Iluminado por la noche con luces solares.

The garden of some 800 m2 with meadow, shading for some big African acacias that give a great freshness in the zone. The swimming pool of 12 m x 6 m with water of mine, cool and crystalline. Zone of pergola with awning and furniture of garden. Illuminated at night with sunlight.

El patio de la casa, recogido e íntimo, con macetas de flores y arbustos; con banco tradicional y muebles de jardín para cenar al fresco en verano. Da acceso directamente a la vivienda y al jardín a través de un bello arco típico de la zona.

The courtyard of the house, picked up and intimate, with flowerpots and bushes; with traditional bench and furniture of garden to have dinner on the 'fresco' in the summer. Access faces to the house and to the garden directly through a beautiful typical arch of the zone.

El salón que actúa como entrada y distribuidor de la casa está equipado con silloncitos individuales y sofà cama doble y muebles con estantes para guardar ropa y enseres. Tiene TV i DVD, con películas, Cd's y pequeña biblioteca. En invierno pueden encender la cálida estufa de leña que crea un ambiente confortable y especial a la estancia.

The hall that acts as entry and distributor of the house is equipped with individual armchairs and double bed sofa and furniture with shelves to keep cloth and utensils. It has TV and DVD, with films, Cd's and small library. In the winter they can switch on the warm stove of wood that creates a comfortable and special environment in the room.

La cocina espaciosa con mesa de comedor está equipada con placas eléctricas de vitrocerámica, nevera con congelador, microondas, lavadora, cafetera eléctrica, tostadora eléctrica, robot de cocina y todo el menaje de cocina y comedor necesarios.

The spacious kitchen with table of canteen, is equipped with electrical plaques, fridge with freezer, microwave, washer, electrical coffee pot, electrical toaster, robot of cookingand all the ornament of cooking and canteen necessary.

El baño, muy espacioso y bien iluminado, con ducha amplia con pared de pavés y bidé. A resaltar el gran espejo y el detalle de la bonita ventana enmarcada en azulete.

The bathroom, very spacious and well illuminated, with extense shower with wall of pavés and bidet. To make stand out the big mirror and the detail of the beautiful window framed in indigo.

El dormitorio principal con una bonita ventana que da al jardín de la piscina, está equipada con dos camas de 90x200 y un gran armario de 3 puertas; está decorado en tonos suaves y luz cálida.

La habitación del altillo está pensada para los niños, con muebles funcionales. La ventana da un bonito patio con palmera y un gran albaricoquero que da a la habitación una especial luz y frescor. A los niños les encanta esta habitación.
